Medical Device company in Irvine is seeking a Sales and Customer Coordinator. DIRECT HIRE! GREAT BENEFITS!!!!!

Key points:

Position: Sales & Customer Coordinator

FLSA Classification: Non Exempt/ Hourly

Pay Rate: $30/hour (or roughly $60,320/annual) will pay more for experience

Work location: 100% Onsite

Work hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Occasional overtime may be required by not to exceed 1 hour

Qualification: minimum 3 years' experience in medical device or similar industry involving purchase orders, RMAs, physical inventory (similar to computer components, auto, airplane, etc.)

Industry: medical device or similar involving purchase orders, invoicing, RMAs, physical inventory (similar to computer components, auto, airplane, etc.). [avoid hospitality, clothing retail, etc.)

Prefer: some knowledge of invoicing in QuickBooks, ERP and CRM systems, strong English (and some Spanish would be great), Microsoft Office
